    I stopped wearing some of my necklaces and bracelets because I could not handle the catches. These clasps are wonderful. Now I can wear almost all of my jewelry without problems. The clasps fit most of my necklaces and bracelets except for the ones with very small holes in the clasps. I assume that there must be smaller magnetic clasps which would fit those easily. Very pleased with my purchase!

    These are strong magnets that make putting on jewelry so easy. Just attach one half of each duo to existing necklace ends and than let the magnets do their work. Overall length of necklace increases by about an inch. No fumbling behind your neck searching for the original clasp.

    As I am getting older and can’t see as well this is the solution so you can wear your beautiful necklaces again. A one time action to put these on your necklaces and no more worries about having to see the clasp. So far the magnets have held well.

    This works well on a necklace that was found to be particularly difficult to open and close. I had concerns that the magnetic clasp would basically find it’s way to the pendant spot on my neck, but that didn’t seem to happen. However it will depend on the person.No greening was experienced and all clasps seemed well made. If you use it on a bracelet, like I did, just keep in mind anything that can be attracted to a magnet will. I love the idea of magnetic bracelets. If you are out for a function it’s totally fine, but I went thrift shopping with mine and it basically stuck to all the metal shelves. This is not defect, it’s just how magnets are.I recommend these, you get a good amount and they are made of brass with plating on top.

    update****** june o3/24the gold has rubbed off completely on the claw piece. the rest is still golden coloured.the gold is really yellow compared to the real gold ring i inherited from my gran. personally i prefer silver or rose gold.original *****the magnets are strong enough.easily add this to you necklace chain and no more worries when stepping into the shower. if you forgot to take your jewelry off you can just give it a pull to separate the magnets. perfect method for wet hands. jewelry and water don’t really do well together. the loops and links trap dead skin and other bacteria, so it’s best to remove jewelry before your shower.the quality of these are ok. i do see markings on the piece but it’s so small i need to find my magnify lens. if i find it. lol.
