    Product works as advertised!!
    This product is not a custom fit for our Mazda CX-9. However, I didn’t expect it to be considering how many different makes and models they are trying to fit with only three sizes. We purchased the medium. Would have given them 4.5 stars, if it was an option. Purchased this product for my wife, as it was much quicker and easier to use than the other style window shade I purchased for her. Folds in and out quickly and stows easily in the door pocket. Had three goals for this purchase: protecting the interior against sun damage, keeping it cooler inside and something my wife would actually use. This product accomplished all three. My wife’s happy, so I’m happy.

    More convenient to use than typical sunscreens
    Yes this sunscreen is well made and performs as expected. I think this design really differentiates itself due to the easy opening and closing as well as its compact size for storage in my door bin. Recommended.

    Marks up windshield
    The little plastic pieces on the umbrella leave marks on the glass when opening the shade. The glass marks remain even after wiping with cloth, but they do come off with vigorous, intentional scraping. Given the angle of the windshield, it’s a total pain to remove the marks though. The handle also puts a lot of pressure on the surface it rests on, leaving a dent. So far the dents have returned to normal shape, but I’m not sure if that would be the case for repeated and long term use.Because the shade looks fitted and neat and performs well enough for heat repellent, I give it a 3 star review. But given that it marks the glass and the surface, and is so expensive compared to other options, I recommend using a good old fashioned folding shade instead. Candidly, I’ve not noticed a reduction in heat compared to the folding windshield shades. So the cost and hassle is not worth it, in my opinion.

    Works ok, made wrll enough, like how it folds up but decause the handle is rigid it doesn’t fit all the way into a slanted front windshield.
