    The AstroAI Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor is a lifesaver! This compact pump has quickly become one of my favorite car accessories. It’s small enough to keep in the trunk but powerful enough to get the job done fast. The digital pressure gauge makes it easy to get precise pressure, and the emergency LED light is incredibly useful for nighttime or low-visibility situations. I’ve used it for everything from topping off car tires to inflating bike tires and – it’s so versatile!Plus, it only takes minutes to inflate a car tire to the exact pressure. The 12V DC connection works great with my car, and the pump automatically shuts off once it hits the desired pressure, so I don’t have to worry about overinflation.Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, multi-purpose air compressor!

    Compact , Convenient and Performs Well
    I’ve had a Slime Home Air Station (120 volt only) for many years, but the hose recently failed and couldn’t be repaired, so it was time to find a replacement. This piece meets the need. It seems well-made and comes with a useful User Manual. However, it IS quite different from what I had before.First off, it’s 12 volt only, via a standard auto 12V socket. The User Manual said to start the car’s engine while using it, so I’m guessing it draws a fair amount of current and might flatten your battery with prolonged use. The inflator hose is also much shorter than what I was used to, but still long enough to reach the valve-stem at the 12 o’clock position while the compressor remains on the ground. It’s a bonus that it stays put when it’s running and doesn’t skate across the surface, as my old unit did.The built-in digital pressure gauge is easy to read, but reads about 2.5 PSI over actual pressure as checked by a separate calibrated pressure gauge. Actual 35 PSI reads 37.5 PSI on this unit. Not really a big deal. If you can make change, you can do the math.The best feature is the Auto-stop at a preset pressure. My old unit did not have this, so I had to stare at the gauge for several minutes as the needle slowly crept up the dial. On this one, just set the desired pressure and start the compressor. The digital pressure gauge shows inflation progress 0.5 PSI at a time. When it hits the preset setting, it shuts off within a few seconds. My car has 235/55ZR20 tires and this unit will raise the pressure from 32 PSI to 38 PSI in about 3 minutes; not as fast as having a tank-type 120 volt 150 PSI compressor, but certainly acceptable for an occasional-use compact 12 volt unit. I paid less than $30 for this one with next day delivery, so I think qualifies as a great value. Highly recommended.

    Works fine but it is a bit slow and ne4ed to take breaks.
    My tires were all 15psi low. I filled 2 fine then it overheated on the third one. Once it cooled down again it was fine to do the rest. Probably best to take a break every 15psi. The instructions do suggest taking a break periodically as well. My old one was twice as big to went quicker.

    Small, simple to use, digital pressure indicator
    Great little air pump. Just attach it to the tire with a plug that comes with the unit. Set the pressure you want on the digital screen, turn it on and it stops when it reaches the pressure. Simple to use and compact in size. Works well.

    Best Corded Tire Pump I Have Used So Far
    Updated Review:I bought this AstroIA Air Compressor and started using it in November 2021. I used it once a month and sometimes twice a month to pump up one of my car’s tires for about 6-8 minutes each time to 32 pci. By October 2022, the pump part stopped working suddenly during use even though the flashlight and display were still working. I could read the gauge, but it just won’t add air. I was so disappointed because I love how well this compressor worked when it was working. Then I remembered that Amazon’s page said this item includes one year warranty, and in the question and answer section the seller had said it includes a three year warranty as they are confident about this product. I decided to take the chance to contact the company via Amazon’s page that lead me to their email address at [email protected].I informed the seller of my issue with the product and they replied within a day asking questions and for more details. After several emails back and forth, the seller honored their warranty and sent me a replacement within a week. I was so happy that they followed up with me professionally and came through on their warranty. I have to say that even though AstroAI cost a bit more than other compressors, it is well worth it as this is a real company that backs their products. It is nice to know that you expect a good product and if anything is imperfect, the company will make it right. This company has the same quality service just like Amazon’s customer service. So be confident in your purchase of this product. Go ahead and buy it with confidence.Original Review:The AstroIA Air Compressor is the best corded compressor I have used so far as this is my third corded compressor ever used. My only complaint is that the power cord could be much longer as it is not long enough to reach all tires if you have a longer or larger car. It uses a 12v power cord that connects to your cigarette lighter in the car. However, you can separately purchase an extension cord with a transformer that connects to 12v, which is what I did that can connect to a wall outlet.Things I like are that it comes with several air pump attachments so that you can pump other items besides tires; a fuse in case you need to replace the fuse (instruction says not to use pump for more than fifteen minutes at a time, so don’t do more than one to two tires at a time); it takes around 6-8 minutes to pump up the tire; automatically shuts off if you set tire to psi you want (there are other forms of measurements in the digital display, so be sure you select “psi” for Americans); light weight; and easy to repack and put back into the box.Compared to rechargeable battery powered pumps, this is not as fast, but definitely faster than other corded pumps I have used. Other corded pumps can take 10-20 minutes per tire. Rechargeable battery pumps can do a tire in about 3-4 minutes. This pump is not as loud as other pumps, but it does make noise.The great thing that this pump has that I did not see in older pumps is the automatic shut off upon reaching the desired psi. I do not have to stay with the pump while it is pumping. I let it pump in the driveway while I go into house away from the cold. When I hear the pump stops, I come back out to unleash the pump and turn the switch back to off before unplugging it and put it away. Even when the pump stops, the power remains on as the digital display needs power, so be sure you switch the power off.This pump is light weight and nice looking, and easy to use. It comes with an instructional booklet that has multiple languages. They should update the compressor with a longer cord though, and it would be perfect.

    I could not be happier. I have had a slow leak on one of my tires in recent months and had nothing at home to inflate it. I searched online but the negative outweighs the positive and I did not want to take a chance. I did risk buying this AstroAI simply trusting the number of buyers and the number of positive reviews. It was delivered in ONE AMAZON PRIME DAY. Just on time to use on my flat tire. There was 18 lbs remaining on my “flat” tire out of 33 lbs I normally keep them at. The instruction manual is SUPER CLEAR, THOROUGH and HELPFUL. The Compressor is LIGHT and very SIMPLE to use. It took exactly 3 minutes to bring my 18 lbs tire to 33 lbs. I was happily amazed at how SUPER FAST, SIMPLE and PRECISE it was. I was also expecting the noise to be horrendous and had prepared for earplugs but, again, was HAPPILY SURPRISED that the noise was not that loud at all to my great amazement. One OUTSTANDING PLUS I MUST MENTION is the quality VALVE EXTENSION which screws on to the long inflating hose’s tip. It LOCK SECURELY IN A BREEZE to the tire valve stem. This air pump has everything I could ask for except for a caddy for the accessories, but I put the air pump, manual and accessories into a cosmetic  bag. In SUMMARY, this air pump is SUPER LIGHT, SIMPLE, SUPER FAST, FUNCTIONAL, WELL MADE. IT IS A SAFETY FEATURE FOR ANY CAR.  THAT ALL I COULD NEED. If treated kindly according to the instructions, I trust that it should last a very long time.One thing that surprised me when I read the instructions’ manual was that it was 100psi (per pound-for per square inch) not the usual 150psi. But then I only need it for my car which needs 33 psi at the most so MORE THAN ENOUGH PSI for me. The second thing that surprised me was how short the power cord is (3 meters/9.8 feet). I did not test if it will reach my back tires, I cross my fingers that it will. I am a 78 years old SENIOR LADY and I’m not enjoying doing these things BUT, TO MY SURPRISE, THIS WAS ALMOST PLEASANT, IT WAS SO SIMPLE AND FAST.

    El producto es muy bueno con nivel de ruido propio del tamaño del compresor, pudiera mejorar. Las lecturas son fáciles de ver y son muy cercanas a las de un compresor automático como de las gasolineras. Tiene muchos accesorio que aun no uso pero tiene muchas posibilidades de uso.

    Siempre he querido tener un cacharro de estos, nunca me he decidido por que no confiaba mucho en que pudiese inflar una rueda de coche.. sorpresa si lo hace y de una manera “rápida”. Es pequeño se lleva perfectamente en el maletero y tiene muchas conexiones para muchos tipos de rueda. Muy contento con la compra. Me decidí a comprarlo gracias a que ahora en todas las gasolineras hay que pagar… Recomiendo de verdad. Solo queda que perdure un poco en el tiempo…..
